I’m not just a rubber stamp supplier; I’m also a Creative Coach! What’s that you ask?
Well as a creative coach my goal is to help my customers learn to use the tools I sell in addition to helping them come up with creative gifts and cards to share with those we love. Who has time in this crazy world to stay up on the latest techniques? Not me that is for sure and I do this full time. However Stampin Up employs many people who spend their time keeping current on techniques and ideas for wonderful crafts. And in turn they pass that knowledge on to me. So looking for something new to spice up your rubber stamping? That’s what I’m for.
I offer many services that can help you out when you just don’t have the time to make them yourself.
Ø Homemade cards, minimum orders of 10 cards and prices vary depending on what embellishments are included. This is great for businesses as well; it adds a personal touch but saves the time of the employee.
Ø Homemade scrapbooks where all that needs to be added are the pictures. This is a great gift for newlyweds, baby showers and even high school students.
Ø Gift baskets, boxes and envelopes to meet your needs.
Ø Something other than what I’ve listed that you’ve seen in a magazine or other craft source, just show me the picture and I’ll see what I can do for you.
*All items I make are made to order and therefore can be as personalized as you desire.
I offer many different types of workshops and classes in order to fit everyone’s needs and schedules. If you would like to set one of these up just let me know.
Demonstration workshops – This is a workshop where I demonstrate techniques for everyone to see how to do them.
Virtual workshops – This is a workshop where a hostess emails out the invitations everyone places their order with me and on a pre-set date I will submit the workshop. Minimum workshop is $150.
Catalog workshops – This is a workshop where a hostess shows a catalog around and collects orders and on a pre-set date meets with me and I submit the workshop. workshop is $150.
Demonstration and Make & Take Workshops – This is a workshop where I demonstrate techniques for everyone to see how to do them and then everyone makes a project.
Hands on Workshop – This is my most common workshop, here I demonstrate how to make projects while the guests make them.
Round Robin Workshop – This workshop is for smaller groups and harder techniques. I demonstrate how to make projects and then we go around to each person to make theirs.
Class – Held in my Craft corner (my basement). Customers must sign up for this ahead of time; the group comes and learns a new technique then makes a set number of projects. This workshop may have a fee.
Stamp-A-Stack – This is a mass production workshop. Customers must sign up ahead of time. All materials are pre-cut and set up. Customers come and then make a set number of each project. This workshop has a fee.
Pre-Purchased Class – This is a fun way to learn how to use a new tool or stamp set. The group signs up and pays ahead of time, I then order the pre-purchased items and bring it to the class. The group then learns how to use their item together and it’s a great way to ensure you will actually use the products you are buying!
One-on-One Workshop – Have a special project you’d like help creating? Or just want to learn how to use a new tool you bought? Well this is how to do it. We’ll set up a time and get together and I’ll demonstrate the tool or we’ll work together to create a stellar project to wow your friends and family!
Mystery Hostess – This type of workshop will be announced ahead of time and every person that orders will have their name thrown into a hat, once all orders are in I will draw one or several names who will share in the hostess benefits! This is sometimes a set date and time and other times can be a Virtual workshop.
Stamp Clubs – Stamp clubs meet once a month and involve the same group of customers. Each club member agrees to stay in the club for a set amount of time (usually six months to a year) and place an order each month. Typically, a stamp club includes 10 customers, each agreeing to buy at least $30 a month, though the number of people and minimum can be altered to fit the group. Even if the customer cannot physically be there for that month’s workshop, her order must still be placed. The hostess benefits are passed around each month. Stamp clubs are usually held in my Craft Corner, although some clubs will travel month to month to the home of that month’s hostess. This is an easy way for people to budget their monthly spending on stamps.
Buying Clubs – This format is exactly like the stamp club format with one exception—the minimum monthly orders are placed without any actual stamping time shared by the customers and the demonstrator. Each customer is hostess of the month one time, and she can elect to collect other outside orders as well and increase her hostess benefits. This is an ideal format for those who have been stamping for a long time and just want to place orders as well as a great way to buy accessories such as ribbon and divide it among many people allowing everyone to get a little of each rather than a full amount of one.
If you want to get ideas for stamp sets or accessories or need instructions on using tools I can also mail or email this to you. Want to put together a kids craft party and don’t have time to put together the materials? I will prepare make and takes packages specifically for your needs.
